What this tab is for: a quick-glance health check — is this business's profile filled
in, and which outside data sources (Google Search Console, GA4, AI providers, and so on) are actually
connected right now versus not yet configured. Nothing here is estimated: a source either answered or
it didn't.
Tenant overview
Re-fetches your website live (up to the page limit set in the SEO tab) and reloads every tab's data from it. Nothing shown elsewhere in the app is cached from an old crawl once this finishes.
Integration status
Honest connection state — nothing here is simulated.
What this tab is for: the big-picture, client-facing snapshot — one composite health
score, where competitors stand, a simple traffic/ranking trend chart, and the page-by-page SEO health
list. Good for a quick "how are we doing" check or to show a client without walking them through every
tab individually.
Overall visibility health
A single composite view of SEO, AEO, and AI-visibility health — computed from the same real, non-fabricated data as the other tabs. See the formula below the score.
AI visibility trend
Weekly mention rate per AI provider, over the last 90 days.
Site pages — issue breakdown
By severity, across every page checked.
Answer-engine (AEO) coverage
How many of your real customer questions are already answered on your site.
Page-by-page health
Every page checked, most recent result, worst issues first.
Top things to improve
Plain-language, highest-value items from your Recommendations queue — not every item, just what matters most right now.
What this tab is for: every improvement idea Velenna has found, grouped by section (SEO,
AEO, AI visibility, competitors), in plain language with the concrete next action for each. It's the same
data as the Client Report and Recommendations tabs, organized as a single readable report instead of
separate charts and tables — built so it can also be shared on its own, outside the dashboard, as a link.
Shareable link
A link to this exact report that works without logging in — safe to send to the client directly, and
readable by another AI assistant (e.g. if the client pastes it into their own Claude chat) to build an
improvement strategy from. Rotating it immediately breaks any previously shared copy.
What this tab is for: the raw facts Velenna works from — your website, the countries/
programs you operate in, how your brands relate to each other, verified claims about the business,
named competitors, and real questions prospective clients ask. Every other tab's checks, scores, and
recommendations are built from exactly what you enter here — nothing is guessed.
Business profile
This is the data every SEO/AEO/GEO check runs against. Nothing is inferred or guessed — only what you enter here.
Verified claims (ground truth facts)
This is different from the countries list above, which is just chips for the benchmark/entity context. A claim is a specific factual statement — a fee, an accreditation, an affiliation, which countries/services you offer — that this engine treats as ground truth. Once at least one claim here is marked VERIFIED, AI Misinformation Watch automatically starts comparing every GEO/LLMO benchmark response against it and files a RISK recommendation if an AI system states something that contradicts it. Nothing is invented — only what you enter here.
Branding (white-label)
Cosmetic only — rebrand this dashboard with your own name, logo and color. Never used for login or data access.
Automation & alerts
Off by default — re-running benchmarks spends real AI-provider API cost every time, so this only runs if you turn it on.
Competitors
Real AEO questions
Add the actual questions prospective students/customers ask — these become the benchmark set.
What this tab is for: traditional technical SEO — the on-page basics that let Google
(and AI systems reading your pages) crawl and understand your site: page titles, meta descriptions,
headings, structured data, broken pages, and thin content. Check one URL, crawl the whole site, or pull
real rank/traffic/backlink data from Google Search Console, GA4, and Majestic.
Run an SEO check
Recent checks
Crawl the whole site
Finds your site's real pages (sitemap.xml, or a bounded crawl of internal links from the homepage) and runs the same SEO check against each one — broken pages (non-2xx status) and on-page issues are surfaced together, page by page. Capped and paced to be a polite, bounded crawl of your own site, not a load test.
External data — rank tracking, analytics, backlinks
Real data from Google Search Console (rank/query data), Google Analytics GA4 (traffic), and Majestic (backlinks) for your configured website domain. Each is independently CONNECTED/NOT_CONNECTED — one missing credential never blocks the others. Not fetched automatically on page load since Majestic bills per query and GA4/GSC have their own quotas — click to fetch on demand.
What this tab is for: Answer Engine Optimization — the real questions prospective
clients ask (added in Feed Details), and whether your site directly answers each one. A question marked
GAP means nothing on your site answers it yet — that's a missed chance for both Google's answer boxes
and AI chat answers to cite you.
Question inventory
What this tab is for: AI visibility (GEO/LLMO) — how often ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI
systems actually mention this business when asked a real question, measured by running that question
against each connected AI provider. This never means Velenna can force an AI system to mention you —
only that what it does and doesn't say gets tracked honestly over time.
AI Visibility Score
Composite 0-100 score across every AI provider tested in the last 90 days — average mention rate, not a fabricated number. "Not available" means not enough connected benchmark data yet, stated honestly rather than guessed.
—
Weekly trend (mention rate per provider)
Run an AI-visibility benchmark
Tests this prompt against every configured AI provider (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and records whether each one mentions your brand vs. competitors. Each provider shows CONNECTED only when its own API key is configured server-side — otherwise it honestly reports NOT_CONNECTED for that provider alone.
Benchmark runs
What this tab is for: every open recommendation from every check Velenna runs — SEO,
AEO, AI visibility, and AI Misinformation Watch (flagged RISK) — ranked by a transparent score. Nothing
here executes automatically: approve or reject each one yourself, and approved items move to Actions.
Recommendations
Ranked by transparent opportunity score. Nothing executes until you approve it here.
What this tab is for: a record of recommendations that were approved and actually acted
on. Executions run in a controlled sandbox with a full history — this is where you can see, and roll
back, what Velenna has actually changed versus only suggested.
Execute an approved recommendation (sandbox only)
Action history
What this tab is for: AI-generated blog topic ideas and presence-improvement
guidance, grounded in your real business profile, verified claims, real AEO questions, and named
competitors from Feed Details — never invented about your business. These are suggestions for you to
evaluate, not measured facts or guaranteed ranking outcomes.
Blog ideas & presence guidance
Uses whichever AI provider is configured (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) to suggest content ideas and concrete next steps for improving your visibility — in both traditional search and AI answer engines.
What this tab is for: connect your own Google Search Console and Google Analytics
(GA4) so the SEO tab's "External data" shows your organization's real, live rank and traffic data
instead of relying on one shared credential. Your service-account key is never shown back to you or
anyone else once saved — only whether it's configured. Requires ADMIN.
Google Search Console / Analytics (GA4)
1) In Google Cloud Console, create a service account and download its JSON key.
2) Add that service account's email as a user on your Search Console property (Settings → Users and permissions) and/or your GA4 property (Admin → Property Access Management) — Viewer/Restricted access is enough, this only reads data.
3) Paste the JSON key below along with your site URL / property ID.
What this tab is for: an easy way to bring in your team or trusted colleagues — invite
someone with their own email and password instead of sharing one login. Requires ADMIN to invite; every
teammate gets the least-privilege VIEWER role by default unless you choose otherwise.
Invite a teammate
Current team
What this tab is for: a complete, timestamped trail of every state-changing action in
this account — profile edits, approvals, executions, token rotations, and more — so anything Velenna or
a teammate did can be traced back to who did it and when.
Audit log
Every state-changing operation, in order.
